Full Time
A CECP DexterIT staff member is provided for your projects on a full-time basis.
Part Time
A CECP DexterIT staff member is assigned to your project on a full-time basis, according to a pre-determined schedule.

EPM+
As a compliment to DexterIT's SAAS EPM program, our PCOs may assist you in project control.
During the Planning Phase, the PCO assigned to your project will be present in your offices to participate in the development of your work plan, and will work to implement project control processes. Once this step has been completed, we will be able to determine a PCO to be assigned to your project.
Step 2 – Project Management (Analysis, Creation, and Production Phase)
Depending on context, your PCO will work from your offices, or at DexterIT offices. While upholding the work plan, they will generate time sheets for project members, change requests, and will ensure follow-up of outstanding points, and any anomalies resulting from the project.
Step 3 – Project Closure (Closure Phase)
Once the project is completed, the PCO will ensure that all deliverables are complete and will produce a report to be provided to the Project Manager, sponsor, and Board of Directors.
